Intro - Marriage is not for me!!
I'm 22. I was engaged (lol) from when I was 18 up until earlier this year when I broke up with my fiance. Now I'm glad the wedding never went ahead. I now figure with co-habiting being such the norm now-a-day, marriage is a massive waste of time, energy and most of all MONEY! You spend thousands on the wedding, only to have a 50% chance that you'll be spending thousands on a divorce! At least with a "boyfriend", its not so messy when you split. Also, being both atheist and childfree kinda nulls 2 major reasons for marriage. :)

Bachelorette for life! :D

I agree with you.

the costs of the marriage not working out are far too expensive.

I have a lot of male friends maybe I'll "cohabitate" one day

its taken me a long time to come to terms with my decision but its ok by me now.

Hey, rock on, we have something in common. Aside from not wanting to get married, I mean. :-p

I've never really seen the point of getting married. I don't need to go through some retarded ceremony and sign some piece of paper to tell my guy that I'm going to love him forever and so on and so forth.
And I just hate ceremonies anyway.

And think of what you could do with all the money you might have wasted on a wedding! You could go on a nice romantic get away with your SO, or put a down payment on a house.
